INOXPA is global leader in the manufacture and sale of fluid handling equipment

A key to INOXPA’s success has been its strategy to act as a global company while maintaining its headquarters in Banyoles (Spain) where there is also its research and development department and an engineering centre working in coordination with the centres in other countries. INOXPA’s production centres are distributed all around the world, affording the company great flexibility. INOXPA constantly invests in I+D+I to adapt its products to new applications and to the approved guidelines which guarantee the quality and suitability of the products (mixing skids, CIP skids, product recovery systems, pasteurizers, manifolds, process automation, pumps, agitators, blenders, mixers, valves, and fittings) for each industry.

Founded in Banyoles, Spain, INOXPA is a renowned and long-standing business group specialised in the manufacture and sale of stainless steel fluid handling components and equipment, management of processes and services in the food-processing, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. Its commitment to innovation and continuous improvement has allowed INOXPA to enter the global market without compromising its product quality or customer relations.

The fundamental objective of this international trading network is to remain in constant contact with the customer and to adapt in situ to customer requirements, given that each region has its own specific conditions. One means of developing the company´s strategic plan also involves investing in developing countries which demonstrate a higher rate of growth than European countries, and which, therefore, offer valuable markets in both the medium and long term.

INOXPA has centres distributed all around the world, affording the company great flexibility. This helps to establish synergies which, in turn, balance the price-quality relationship and allow the group to enter into high-potential emerging markets. This coordination with other countries, in addition to providing more competitive prices, allows the Banyoles headquarters to dedicate more time and resources to innovation, a factor which differentiates INOXPA from its competitors.

From its very first moment, INOXPA has had but one objective: to satisfy the needs of its customers. To achieve this goal, INOXPA is committed to bringing a quality service closer to the customers.

In support of this mission, Inoxpa have established branch offices and distribution points throughout the world, creating an extensive commercial network which allows us to understand and attend to the specific demands of every sector and every country.

Through this extensive network, we have been able to remain true to our promise to the customer and thanks to continuous, rigorous and perfectionist work, we have managed to become the benchmark in the food processing, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and wine industries.

Over time, our efforts have produced results and today we are proud to form part of our customer’s projects and to share in their success.

Sanitary

Prolac HCP Pumps

Due to the choice of materials and its design, hygienic centrifugal pump PROLAC HCP is appropriate for applications requiring a high level of hygiene, gentle handling of the product and resistance to chemical agents. This centrifugal pump is particularly suitable as main process pump in the dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

Hyginox SE

The sanitary and cost-efficient design of the Hyginox SE centrifugal pump makes it particularly suitable as main process pump in the dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

Estampinox EFI

The Estampinox EFI pump is a stainless steel centrifugal pump ideal for the transfer of water and other low viscosity liquids. It is designed to cater for the needs of auxiliary services in the food-processing, chemical, pharmaceutical and wine-making industries.

Aspire

The Aspir pump is a sanitary side-channel self-priming pump suitable for use in the food-processing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. It is specially designed for pumping materials containing air or gas, and it can also be used for negative suction with prior priming as well as with filtration equipment. It can be used with wine, oil, syrups, volatile products such as alcohol, acetone and other solvents, or with products at temperatures close to boiling point. However, the main use of this pump is for CIP return.

SLR Series

The SLR pump is a positive displacement rotary lobe pump with sanitary design suitable for use in the dairy, food-processing, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and fine chemicals industries.

This sanitary lobe pump is perfect for managing all kinds of fluid, of either low or high viscosity, as well as for filtering and bottling applications. Products containing fragile solids such as curd can be pumped without damage thanks to the specially designed lobes.

HLR Series

The HLR pump is a hygienic rotary lobe pump designed in compliance with the EHEDG specifications for plants and processes that comply with the strictest hygienic requirements. Due to the low working speed, the rotary lobe pump is characterised by a gentle pumping and low shear of the product causing less damage possible. This hygienic lobe pump is an ideal pump for the transfer of all types of liquids (from 1 to 1.000.000 cP) and liquids with solid particles (curd, biologic cultivations, etc.). The rotary lobe pump is adequate for the food-processing, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.

Kiber KS Series

Kiber KS progressive cavity pumps are used to transfer products of low and high viscosity as well as products containing soft particles.
They are also recommended for use with edible oils, wine, concentrates and beverages in general. They can also be used to transfer viscous food products.

Bare shaft construction with bearing support.
Due to the design, they are self-priming and reversible.
Open transmission (hygienic design).
Excentric outlet.

Kiber KSF Series

Kiber KSF progressive cavity pumps are used to transfer products of low and high viscosity as well as products containing soft particles.
These food grade progressive cavity pumps are also recommended for use with edible oils, wine, concentrates and beverages in general. They can also be used to transfer viscous food products.

Close-coupled construction with direct coupling to the drive.
Due to the design, they are self-priming and reversible.
Open transmission (hygienic design).
Excentric outlet.

Kiber KSFT Series

INOXPA is a progressive cavity pump manufacturer. Progressive cavity pumps are used to transfer products of low and high viscosity as well as products containing soft particles.

Thanks to the hopper and auger, the KSFT progressive cavity pumps are suitable for pumping high viscosity products, doughs, pastes and liquids with suspended particles.

KSFT type is a sanitary progressive cavity pump.
Close-coupled construction with direct coupling to the drive.
Pump casing with hopper.
Fixed transmission.
Excentric outlet.

RF Series

The RF pump is a flexible impeller pump. Due to the design, these pumps are reversible, self-priming and can suck from a maximum height of 5 meters. This type of pump is designed to pump products of both low and high viscosity as well as products containing particles or gases.

The main applications are transfer of dairy products, edible oils, wine and beverages in general.

RV Series

The RV centrifugal pump with helicoidal impeller is the best solution for the transfer of liquids with solid particles or medium viscosity products that cannot be pumped with an ordinary centrifugal pump. Due to the helicoidal shape of the impeller, the transfer of the product is gentle and without clogging., e.g. solid particles suspended in water (proportion: 40% to 60%). It is ideal for applications of the transfer of pieces of fruit or whole fruits, olives, mushrooms, slices of orange, vegetables, fish, etc.

RV pumps are widely used in wineries for the pump-over process where the high capacity and minimum destruction of the solid parts (seeds, skins, etc.) is required. The design of the pump contributes to a better extraction of tannin, the coloring matter of wine, in the phase of vinification, reducing the lees formation and, as the result, achieving high quality wines.
